Refund policy
We understand that you may not always be satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy on all our products. You will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The items must be unused to receive a refund or exchange. Bundles come as a set and are not able to be broken apart.

If approved, we will process your refund and apply the credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank your refund expectancy can vary. Wick & Sip Candle Making Supplies are purchased prior to workshops therefore workshops are non-refundable.
