What is your return policy?

We understand that you may not always be satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy on all our products.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes we do! After placing your order, simply select the “Local Pick Up” option at checkout and allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed. We will send you an email with instructions and confirmation when your order is ready for Local Pick Up.

What are the best ways to care for my candle?

  1. We recommend trimming your candle wick to at least 1/4" before each use! Trimming the wicks makes a huge difference in your candle's burning quality and efficiency. If you do not trim the candle wick your candle can burn hot which will lead to your candle burning more quickly and it could create soot. Use a wick trimmer for the best results or you can use scissors, nail clippers or even a napkin to pinch the excess wick off. 
  2. Allow your candle to burn for 3-4 hours at a time. Don't worry about wax residue on the sides of the container; this typically resolves itself between the second and fourth use. Avoid burning for less than 3-4 hours to prevent tunneling issues in future uses. This also ensures you an even burn throughout your candle’s lifespan.
  3. Never leave a burning candle unattended or within reach of children, or animals. Burn within site. Keep away from flammable items and avoid drafty areas.
  4. It's time to discontinue use when approximately 1/4"-1/2" of wax remains at the bottom of the container.  Candles aren't designed to burn until the container is completely empty. Consider utilizing the remaining wax either through a lamp warmer or by removing it for use in a wax warmer.
